What if people don't want ot create an account? Can a user commit an anonymous contribution?

Don't validation teams need a complete stranger to the technology for their decision?

Do we really need now two layers of validation teams (Validation/Project), now that the QSOS project has only a few contributions and contributors?

Instead of 2/3, shouldn't we use the Condorect method?

"tagging"? ...or "labelling" or "status", since this is only a list of finite choices? "tagging" is a free field.
